In 1997, the MMP opened its fourth memorial park in the rapidly developing province of Bulacan. The park, located in Plaridel town, is right at the Sta. Rita Exit of NLEX. Targeting the market north of Manila, the part has a total area of 47 hectares. Today, it also has a modern cremation facility, as well as two (2) spacious memorial viewing chapels. Needless to say, the high standard Manila Memorial Park is known for is continued as the Manila Memorial Park-Bulacan site.
